You're arrested. You demand your rights. They're denied. You argue. They give you a kicking. You complain. They laugh. You prosecute. They're hysterical. You ask for justice. On holiday. So you protest. And you're arrested...
Random Cactus presents a startling indictment of modern policing in the UK where function creep combines with a gung-ho mentality amongst the younger elements of the force to create an ubiquitous low-level of corruption. 14 Seconds will be at The Spaces @ The Royal College of Surgeons, Nicolson Street at this year's Edinburgh Fringe.
